PRESIDENT
QUALIFICATIONS
ELECTION
The President is elected at the first board meeting following the Annual Meeting of
the Fellowship. He/she holds office for
one year and until his/her successor has been elected.
DUTIES
- He/She is chairman of the Board of Directors
and presides at all meetings of the Fellowship, and has one vote.
- He/she chairs the Executive Committee.
- He/She appoints members of special
committees as may, from time to time, be raised by the Board, President or
members.
- He/She sees to the proper enforcement of the
bylaws.
- He/She calls special meetings of the
Fellowship.
- He/She prepares, with the assistance of the
Executive Director, an agenda for each meeting of the Board of Directors and
Executive Committee.
- He/She serves as principal liaison with
committees of the board.
- He/She will be an authorized signator on Lisle Fellowship accounts.
- He/She shall preside at all meetings of the
Board and at the Annual Meeting of the Fellowship and perform such other duties
as the Board shall from time to time direct.
- He/She shall ensure that an annual budget is
prepared and presented to the Board of Directors for approval.

He/She speaks for the Board of Directors.
VICE PRESIDENT
QUALIFICATIONS
The Vice
President shall be a member of The Lisle Fellowship in good standing.
ELECTION
The
Vice President is elected at the first board meeting following the Annual
Meeting of the Fellowship.
He/she holds
office for one year and until his/her successor has been elected.
DUTIES
- He/she is a member of the Board of Directors
and has one vote.
- In absence of the President, He/she presides
at the meetings of the Fellowship.
- He/she serves with other officers on the
Executive Committee.
- He/she shall perform the duties of the
president in case of his absence or incapacity, and also perform such other
duties as the Board shall from time to time direct.
- The Vice President is often given assignments
by the President in areas that will acquaint him with the affairs of the
Fellowship.
TREASURER
QUALIFICATIONS
The Treasurer
shall be a member of The Lisle Fellowship in good standing.
ELECTION
The
Treasurer is elected at the first board meeting following the Annual Meeting of
the Fellowship.He/she holds office for
one year and until his/her successor has been elected.
DUTIES
- He/she is a member of the Board of Directors
and has one vote.
- He/she
has responsibility for managing funds belonging to the Fellowship.
- The Treasurer is responsible for the
maintenance of the books of account and other financial records of the
Fellowship.
- He/she is responsible for the preparation of a
statement of income and expenses for distribution to the Board.
- He/she has primary responsibility disbursing
Fellowship funds.
- He/she is responsible for making a report to
the Board of Directors at each board meeting, or at any other time when called
for by the Board or the Executive Committee.
- He/she will provide financial information for use in
developing the annual budget.
SECRETARY
QUALIFICATIONS
The Secretary
shall be a member of The Lisle Fellowship in good standing.
ELECTION
The
Secretary is elected at the first board meeting following the Annual Meeting of
the Fellowship. He/she holds office for
one year and until his/her successor has been elected.
DUTIES
- He/she serves as secretary of the Board of
Directors and has one vote.
- He/she may be called upon to issue notices
for all meetings, as required. He/she records the proceedings of Annual, Board,
and Executive Committee meetings.
- He/she serves with other officers on the
Executive Committee.
- He/she carries on correspondence for the
Corporation as directed by the President.
